What exactly is a scoop?
A hand-packed set of cute pieces (plushies, stationery, hair accessories, jewelry, pouches and more) pulled from our pool and matched to your colours. You choose how many pieces (3, 5, 8 or 10). We choose the pieces.
Is the Ultra Rare piece really guaranteed on every tier?
Yes. Every scoop at every tier includes at least one Ultra Rare piece from the pool. If yours doesn't, message us and we'll make it right.
Will I get duplicates?
Nothing repeats inside one order. Tell us in the style box what you already own and we'll leave it out.
Can I choose what I get?
You choose your tier and colour theme, and you can tell us favourites or pieces to skip. We pick the exact items.
Can I order more than one scoop at once?
Yes. Add as many as you like. Each scoop is picked separately.
Is it good as a gift?
Every scoop is packed in tissue and a soft pouch, ready to hand over. Add a note in the style box if it's a gift.
Can I ship it straight to the person I'm gifting?
